Hello Artists, 
Last week we started our silly bird art by painting with bright paint to create our bird's body. This week we will be adding all the fun details to our birds. Watch the video below, then take your time making your bird silly and unique. 


Silly Bird Instructions (SafeShare link)

Supplies:

-painting from last week

-crayons

-feathers

-googly eyes

-orange construction paper square

-scissors

-school glue

-marker or pencil

Instructions:

Follow along with the video above to finish your silly bird painting. We will be adding details like googly eyes, a beak, legs and feather wings. Use crayons to create a fun background for your silly bird.

4/21 Art K-2

  Hello Artists,  This week we will finish our poppy art inspired by Georgia O'Keeffe. Today we are adding the wonderful details that we would see when we look close up at the flower, just like Georgia would.   Hello 1st and 2nd Graders, Last week we started our salmon project by painting the cardboard cutouts. Today we will add some final details to complete your artwork.  Salmon pt2 (SafeShare link) Supplies: -cardboard salmon cutout -black and white oil pastel or crayon -school glue -googly eye Instructions: Today you will be adding the last details to your spawning salmon. You can use crayons or oil pastels (from previous lessons) to work today. You should also find a large googly eye in your art kit that you will add using school glue.
