Supplies:
-4x6 drawing from last week
-9x12 orange construction paper
-scrap book papers or magazine pages
-scissors
-glue stick
-black sharpie
Instructions:
1. Glue your drawing on the center of the construction paper using a glue stick.
2. For the border, you will create quilt pieces. You can use the scrapbook paper I provided, design your own on white paper or cut squares from magazines. Your squares will need to be cut into 1" pieces.
3. Your small squares should go all the way around your drawing creating a nice border to your quilt. Be sure to glue everything down well so it looks clean and complete.
4. Your last step is to add stitching to the squares with a black sharpie by drawing small lines (thread) that connect each small square.
I can't wait to see what you create!
