3/17 Art 4/5


Hello 4th and 5th Graders!
Now that we have drawn our four ecoregions in our landscape art it is time to add color. I sent home oil pastels at the last supply pick up that I would like you to use today, but you will also need another coloring option to supplement the colors you don't have. A good option to go along with the pastels are crayons. You could also use colored pencils or watercolor paints.


Supplies:

-12x18 landscape art
-oil pastels
-a second coloring option (crayons, colored pencils)

Instructions:

Watch the video above for full instructions. We will be using oil pastels and a second coloring option to color each entire landscape. Take your time and do your best work.

4/21 Art K-2

  Hello Artists,  This week we will finish our poppy art inspired by Georgia O'Keeffe. Today we are adding the wonderful details that we would see when we look close up at the flower, just like Georgia would. 5/26 1st and 2nd Grade

  Hello 1st and 2nd Graders, Last week we started our salmon project by painting the cardboard cutouts. Today we will add some final details to complete your artwork.  Salmon pt2 (SafeShare link) Supplies: -cardboard salmon cutout -black and white oil pastel or crayon -school glue -googly eye Instructions: Today you will be adding the last details to your spawning salmon. You can use crayons or oil pastels (from previous lessons) to work today. You should also find a large googly eye in your art kit that you will add using school glue.
